It is liquid at room temperature and converts to a solid when cured
through the post-dip heating/drying stage. This process offers excellent
abrasion, corrosion and electrical resistance.

A seven foot deep plastisol dipping tank
Dipped plastisol (PVC) coatings are expertly applied to customer
specifications. Our super-sized dipping tank can handle many jobs
that are too big for other coating finishers. Pictured, are 5ft
x 2ft parts baskets that are 4ft high and easily fit into our plastisol
dip tank.
